Shoulder-mount AVC-HD model coming

[Barry_Green]

Just found out about this from DVInfo, thought I'd pass it along. Apparently Panasonic was showing a teaser of a forthcoming shoulder-mount AVC-HD camera at the WEVA show...

Have you had time to try out the hand held version.
If so;
A. what do you like and dislike about it?

B. Does it work well in low light?

Whoa, $2100 for a small handheld camcorder? I'm guessing most of that is the extra hard drive and wide/telephoto lenses but still.

I don't see a shoulder mount but a mini cam, Barry...

I think that's why you have to READ the article. =P

Let's see what Pana's cooking!

That tiny camera is NICE, though! Wonder if it'll have 24p. =P

I watched the video: They said they want to model the shoulder-mount after the DVC60. However, What the crud? That new Panasonic camera is out already! LOL

Nice.
