F3: Shoulder baseplate

The Movcam plate image/link I posted has an integral should pad that sits right below the camera body and kind of in between the for and aft rod holders. Nice feature is that the plate is very low profile as the pad is attached to the underside of the plate, not hung below like on the zacuto. This also slots directly to the Sony VCt-14 plate so it makes for quick on and off the tripod.

The compromise is that the pad is pretty much locked in that one location so the ability to move the camera further back on your shoulder is limited. But with the Gold mount plate hanging on the back you can have decent rear counterbalance

Just a heads up: make sure the signal is working with these new recorderr/monitors. I have a smallHD 502 since april and it still only shows an interlaced image with smallHD saying they might fix this "sometime".

Yes, take a look at our VCT Baseplate- It has a shoulder pad and rods built in and you have the ability to slide the camera 7" along the plate for optimal balance. It also keeps the height of the camera low. Check it out here-
