Whenever my hvx is pointed towards any significant lightsource there are tons of lens spots. So at first I just thought my lens was dirty so I cleaned it: no change. Then I took it to the camera store thinking I was cleaning it wrong and the guy cleaned it and said "this thing is spotless": no change. Later I noticed the lens spots don't change size and they stay in their same position when zooming in the lens, they also stay the same when focusing, so I now believe that there is dust on the sensor or on one of the inner elements of the lens. Fortunately the spots don't show up when I have my lens adaptor on, the spots are only apparent when light is shining straight into the stock lens.
Is this something covered by the panasonic warranty? If not how much would it cost to get it fixed? Am I right in my presumptions?
