Should I sell My Canon Dslr for a Gh2?

Personally I'm about to rent the Gh2 and see for sure. I really want to see for my own eyes if it is truly such a better camera than the Canon. The only issue I can think of is I do a lot of events and sometimes shoot with other cameras and everyone is using these Canons.


Either Canon needs to come out with their new Dslrs soon or I might have to make the jump to the Gh2 IF it truly is what everyone is saying.....

I had a 5D. Sold it for a GH2. Glad I did.

But it has to fit your workflow. Renting it is a good choice to see if you like it. For events... I can't imagine going back to Canons and their 12 minute limitations.

I'd check out some of the more conservative hacks if you want to boost the quality, but that'll depend on what memory cards you get
