Should I care about 7200rpm over FW800?

I have WD MyBook FW800 which I plug into my MBP, but I think its only a 5400rpm drive. I'm actually unsure and cant seem to find the exact specs anywhere online, this is the specification page on WD (model: WD10000H1Q-00) http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/search/1/a_id/1678# . I also checked the specs for the the drive under system profiler and nothing displayed the rpms. Any ideas?

What I'm wondering is if my drive is 5400rpm would I be better to use firewire400/7200rpm or firewire800/7200rpm?

Thanks

If that is a 1TB drive, then that model number indicates a 5400rpm drive.

I'd use a FW800/7200rpm drive from a quality supplier such as CalDigit, wiebetech, OWC, or G-Tech.
