should I b able to see my adapter ring

when zoomed out and with just my letus adapter ring on the lens I can see the ring on just the top n bottom left corners when looking trough the LCD or viewfinder. it's only the left side. Shouldn't it be on both sides or none at all let me know. it's got m worried. thanks
 
yes all I recieved in the mail was the adapter ring so far. so I put it on and I can see it in the corners left bottom and top it was never there before. I would think It would be normal if It showed a little in each corner but it's just the left side. it's as if my lens is tilted to the left a little which I hope is not the case.
 
and as in adapter ring the piece the threads to my camera to the rest of the letus extreme it's theb step down ring I believe
 
never mind Im trippn I got the rest of the adapter and it's awesome now I just need to know how to use it properly if anyones still lookin at this thread you know of any good lens/dof adapter tutorials?
