FS7: Shotgun mount pb

Hi,

I have a problem with the shotgun microphone mount on my FS7.

The rubber has gone and I can not mount it again on the body. Is there a trick ?

The rubber on the inside of the holder that grabs onto the mic? If so have you tried rubber O-rings on the mic?

I run into that problem frequently. I use rubber splicing tape which can be purchased at any hardware or big box store. Then I just wrap my mic at the mounting point of the holder. Nice snug fit and it helps insulated ancillary noise from camera handling.
Its on my tape roll.

No, it's the rubber that is on the attachement. He came out of the slot and I can not put it back.
