I made the Shotgrip for the FS100 because the Sony handle was not workable. The FS700 got a better handle but the Shotgrip is still in a class apart.

I've made an adaptor now so those who have the original shotgrip and have upgraded cameras can now restore their awesome grip to the new camera.
If you want a 360 degree rotatable top handle, with black walnut grip and threaded pipes with a tapped baseplate- ok - and take off $40 thru Christmas (enter code at our e-store XMASS)
The Shotgrip also sports a new univeral mount so it will fit any cheesplate on either 1 inch or 18mm centers with two bolts - or if no bolts are available it will even work with a single 1/4 20 socket. here is a shot from the machinists bench
This 4x4 cheesplate fits FS700 with the same adaptor - take $25 off with coupon code 2014.
In use our cheeseplate replaces the mini baseplate that comes as standard equipment - the center post of the handle threads down through the cheesplate into the forward FS700 camera socket making a strong 4 point connection through a precision cold shoe fitting.
With some of our gizmos it simplifies some basic rigging.
