Shot with 25p (DVX100B)

Hi!

I have made a short film with 25p mode enabled. What setting should I use for Adobe Premiere PRO CS3 (Project setting, exporting). Should I deinterlace, or export with "No Fields", or export as usual with Lower Field First?

And one more q:
Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 transcode settings :)
-> PAL Progressive Hight Quality 7Mb VBR 2 Pass or
-> PAL DV High Quality 8Mb CBR 1 Pass
