Shot settings

Hi,

Soon i will shot a sequence of action scenes with lots of camera movement - a girl running and cross all Porto City (portugal).

I will use a FX1E. Someone already have shot this kind of scene? Can you share with me what setting do you use, any idea, e extra equipment recomended...?

higher shutterspeed i.e 1/1000 etc... = higher drama

Yes, go with higher shutter speed. It gives you a nice intense in your face look. If you want to make a quick test shoot somebody running using higher shutter speed and then lower shutter speed and you will see the big difference.

no your shooting cf25 if your going for a movie cinematic look, use it. I dunno the frame rate really dosnt impact me. It all depends.

The best would be to make a couple of quick tests (even if it's right in front of your house) and watch them to see which do you like better. I NEVER turn CF25 off on my FX1.
