Short mountain bike dirt jumping clip

I thought the shots and colors were pretty good, some were zoomed in a little to much though and cut off some of the action. I especially like how you did the first shot where it zooms in quickly then he pedals away.

looks awesome, man. the colors really came out great and i like the feel of the music.

Great Clip, man.
If it wasn't for the rain I would grab my bike and get out right now.
Great HiSpeed/SloMo FX. I just would have intercut a third quarter when there is a series of jumps filmed from behind.
Music was cool too. I loved the bassline. Who's that?

Keep it up!!!

Good stuff Patrick!!! I just spent the day building a whole new DH course! seeing you stuff makes me want to ride and film!!!

Sounds like fun man. I really need to ride some trails, school is killing me. I have been working alot on my street skills tho....

What do you ride? My bike is set up all street like right now. No front brake, single speed, etc etc. Its a .243 Racing frame.

aaah, I have the best of both worlds, I have a DH course, some wicked urban, and a sk8 park all within spitting distance of each other!!! hahaha, to bad it'll all be gone once I get done with school for the year then its back to home, where I have an other ski resort to build at, woohooo!!!! 8)

Strictly MB for me. Haro Extreme EX2, Judy RockShox on the front, fr/r disc brakes.... one of my other expensive hobbies.........

I've got some cool Viosport Helmet-cam footage but I can't figure out how to compress it small enough to post online without it looking like total cr*p.

LOL, well you could call mine a mountain bike, since I run a 26'' front wheel with a 2000 Marzocchi Z1 QR20. Let me tell you, riding singletrack with 1.95 tires and no front brake can be quite a challenge though....

nice video, kinda like the Idun boys same style I like I like
Dirt Jump Free Ride its all the same get out express yourself I love it have fun and film it show it off to the world.

Tony Meundel from Idun is deffinetly a very skilled editor. He throws together alot of really cool shots. My thoughts exactly about expression. I am hopefully going to start shooting for a more feature length type bike video. I Really liked the collective, a very inspiring film. My favorite bike film of all time has to be Ride to the Hills. Thats really what motivated me to get into shooting mountain biking.

Hell ya RTTH is the best movie ever, to bad he didn't follow all the rules and laws of copy righting...if you have a copy hold on to it, cuz you ain't going to kind it any more!!! I like the collective a ton as well, great shots, very creative!!! Hope to see a second one from those guys they have had input in alot of bike video projects!!!

You can still find it on-line for purchase.

Yea, right now I run a 36/16 combo with 3 piece cranks, and a profile rear hub. I run a 24'' rear wheel, with a 26'' front. It's sort of like a cruiser with suspension and a 26'' front wheel.....

Yes they got in trouble with copy rights, unless they got it fixed and squared away. Metallic I believe came after them. It is some where on NSMB there is a story, I just can't find it and i have two final papers to write...
