I'm looking to DP some good projects. I'm located in NYC, but
am certainly willing to travel for the right project. Get in touch with
me, if you have something interesting...

cheers,

wow, that was exellent, (for some reason audio didnt work for me) but i still watched the entire thing because the visual was so cool. Did you just use the stock dvx? or was the anamorphic adapter used/ mini35? Just curious, great work.

Yes, awesome short film. Loved the look and the music. How did you get your tracking shots so steady, dolly track or stedi-cam?

hey guys... thanks for the kind words. this was hard work, so it's nice
when people actually like the result ;)

it was shot on a stock (first gen) dvx100 (pal, 25p). no anamorph or mini35.

initially, we considered laying track, but the length of the tracking shots killed that
idea pretty quickly. ultimately, we wound up shooting with a steadicam off of a
street dolly, which was pulled along by two grips...

Excellent job. Quite powerful and jolting. That's hard to do with a little clip on the Internet.

The only thing that didn't work for me was the color in the tunnel. It's kind of some gold glowing look. I would've liked to see something more stark and gritty (but that's probably just me.)

serra,
nicely done. rare is the clip capable of making me jump and yours did. liked the music, really added to the tension.

Like the others, I thought it was excellent. Very unique and brilliantly executed. Definitely in a class of it's own.
