looks nice and very relaxing ..... as first impression I would say that the first part with the woman walking up is bit too long. It gets almost booring to watch her for so long. I would cut that part shorter and use the rest of the time to add 1-2 different scenes where you can show more about "Normal days life" and situations where you use your dirty hands. E.g. on a bus, metro, shops etc

This is a very good point. The concept would read much better that way. Thanks for the feedback, always good to hear the creative thoughts of others.
