It's clear you've put a great deal of thought and effort into this project and deserve mad prop's for your work. Congratulations.

Some suggestions I offer:

- Consider the impact of making Mr. Larry an older character. If you're stuck for talent, consider make-up and perhaps directing him to act older (i.e. move slower, etc.) It makes the character more believable.

- Mr. Larry's patois is a little heavy at times. Consider that making it less so might improve the accessibility of this film to your audience.

- There are a few places that moved slowly. This isn't always bad--and I'm often guilty of this myself. Consider starting with your 6:47 pre-final cut and then removing any material / footage that doesn't make the story progress cohesively. You'll likely find you can remove a minute or more worth of footage that isn't necessary. As a director, it's difficult to admit you've shot more than you needed. We all have a tendency to include all--or most--of the footage we've shot because we worked so hard to shoot and edit it. It takes humility to admit there are sections you don't need. But often, less is more and your story will flow better by removing the "extra". You can experiment with this by cutting both long and short versions and asking friends/family (who haven't been involved in the project) which they prefer.

All in all... good work guys! Keep them coming.
