Hey guys. Just finishing up shooting a new short film titled "All Of This" Its about a guy that has to break it to his girlfriend (of one year) that he's gay. Here is a scene from it. Some feedback would be great. Thanks!

It's okay. Looks very grainy. I guess you guys didn't have lights and had to add butt loads of gain?

It feels like it drags for a bit too long. Are we supposed to know what's going on beforehand? Maybe if we knew a bit more about him, and his situation and we connected to him before this, then that long waiting would have been filled with tension. If not, then right now it just drags and needs to be cut down.
 
Thanks man! yeah we didn't have any lighting. we were in the middle of the city with no way of light source. i get what you are saying that it drags on too long, but thats going to play a big role in the next scene coming up. its more of an anticipation leading up to the next scene. thanks for the feedback. ill keep posted!

Good look, got shot to shot, and layering your wide and close up shots pretty well. I did feel a bit jerked at the very beginning when you suddenly kinda jerk from camera on his left, to camera on his right close up, but other than that nice setup.

Im guessing whoever shot this has a photography background cause i saw plenty of right principles being followed and all the shots seemed pretty interesting.

Id like to see more, i think the pace is ok as long as this is not the opening. If you have your character established this could be a good way to show waiting, impatience or just boredom, wandering aimlessly, or even just being contemplative.

Thanks! I shot this straight dvx. It was a one man shoot, except my friend from school holding the boom. This isn't the opening, The opening goes go and tell some details about the main character which leads into this scene. Thanks for the feedback!
