This was a short documentary I did for a college class as my final project. I created this documentary with the same group of people that I made the Domestic Abuse PSA with. The documentary is based on the recent budget cuts in New York, which are hurting schools in terms of teaching staff and general funding. An estimated 20,000 teachers were laid off in New York alone due to the cuts. The documentary is only five minutes long and I intended on extending it with a fellow group member, but I'm not yet sure if we'll be continuing on with it. This topic is a very important issue, but it isn't something I'm particularly interested in, so continuing it has proven to be difficult.
