I thought I should keep it short and sweet, its under a minute.

Shoot me some feedback, I want to know what every one thinks!

bump.

jeez, its not gonna bite.

everything on there looks awesome. but it seems more like a DP reel. i wonder if you would be better off showing complete pieces - music videos and commercials are not very long. this is a great reel of beautiful shots cut together nicely, but it doesn't really show off your work as a director.

[Alecks Purifoy]

i defantly know where your coming from, i tossed it up to show off the kind of visuals i bring to the table as a director and guide people to my actual content. Think of it as a commercial for my work

Thanks man! I really appreciate the feed back

[Michael Anthony Horrigan]

I agree. It's more of a DP reel.
Looks great though! Nice work.

What camera was used?

[Alecks Purifoy]

the Trina video was on an HPX500, the video with the lamps was HVX200b w/o an adapter, same with the green screen footage. The rock band in the red room was HVX200a w/ letus extreme

[Alecks Purifoy]

Oh and my dp on Trina was Angel Barrotea from Miami: http://www.angelbarroeta.com/
and the dp from The Leo Project was Andy Romero from KC: http://www.andyromero.com/

they rule!
