I've been shooting with both the 7D and the EX1 on most all my projects this year and I don't have the time to process or even mess with color grading in a post program like color, magic B. etc, because of the quick turn around time demands on the projects I do.
So here is the question- Does another have a Picture profile setting for the EX1 or know of a FCP plug in that matches to the two cameras up? I've not had a chance to go into the PP settings on the EX and due to the volume of variables you have when creating a PP setting I figured I'd just ask instead of spending a butt load of time on color tests with these two cameras.
For me the 7D shoots a much more saturated picture then the EX. Also the blacks seem to be a bit muddier with the EX, which in the past I corrected by just extended the latitude with the wave form scope in Color, but again I don't have a lot of time to spend in post on these issues. I'd just like to match the two right from the start to make it easier on myself.
If there's another form on this issue please let me know.
Here's an example (Below) of a video I just did. Pay attention to the Interview with the green background. In the 1st half of the video that interview is shown using 7D footage and in some of the later parts of the video the EX footage is used. As you will see there is a major difference in the hue.

Any help is much appreciated!
Thanks
