Shooting with HVX200...

I am shooting with the HVX and I am trying to achieve the stuttered look you see in many horror films, Marilyn Manson videos ect. I am assuming most is done in post, I feel as though they are cutting frames out. But wanted to see what everyone thought. Thanks.

experiment with higher shutter speeds

Try shooting with a high shutter speed. This will get rid of the motion blur and make the action look more unnatural. I've heard this technique is part of creating that horror film look.

Yeah high shutter speeds, you just need way more light when you do this.
