Shooting with 2 GH1's

Hi,
Sorry if this has already been asked, but I'm very new to this etc.
I want to shoot a film of a guitar player using two GH1's and would like to know, what editing programme (basic) will allow me to look at both footage at the same time so I will be able to select the angles I want to edit. I have a macbook Pro. Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

FCP will do it. As the cams won't have timecode, you'll need a slate or handclap to help clip sync.

Adobe also does it, but I am not a fan of Premiere on mac, so I second the nod to FCP.
