Shooting Training DVD for both PAL and NTSC

I have the HVX200 and I will be shooting a training DVD shortly that will have on one side of the DVD the footage in NTSC and the other will be in PAL format. What recording format would you shoot in to do this? I have typically shot most of my work in 720P 24PN but will that convert to PAL or would I be better off shooting in 720P 30PN?

Also does anyone know what the process will be for me to convert my NTSC DVD master to PAL or do I need to build a separate PAL DVD master?

I am also looking into digital download options and does it matter what the format is to do that?
