Is there way to get the aspect ratio of the Letterbox shooting without having the bars on top and bottom. I'm capturing and editing with Final Cut Pro was wondering if there is a way to capture or export keeping the aspect ratio but removing the letterbox from the video.
I'm doing the video for online so i'm saving as MP4 high quality encoding at 450px x 300px and "preserve aspect conv" with CROP selected.
The quality looks good just wondering if we can keep the letterbox bars.

Should add that I'm capturing on Easy Setup, Format: DV/Panasonic DVCPRO, Rate: 29.97fps, and Use: DV-NTSC
(no progressive setting is set on the camera at recording time)
What would be better to get crisp great/good quality online video?
