Shooting in UK with USA spec HVX200

I will be going to the UK shortly to shoot some interviews for a commercial project. I need to know what I have to do in the camera to take care of the fact that in the UK the electric system is running at 50hz. I know that for instance flourescents will strobe. I am planning on shooting with a 180deg shutter at 30pn. Thanks for any info.

get a power adapter for your battery charger. Charge batts and record off batts only, not off the power cable. It should be fine either way since the power box converts ac to dc, but i would rather risk a 100 dollar batt then a 2000 dollar camera. What does the input on the charger say? you may need to get a converter to convert the 240v to 120v. If the adapter can handel 240v all you need is an adapter to make the plugs fit.
