Shooting in Romania - insurance?

I've recently started up a small production company in Los Angeles and in the process of getting things going, I got a gig shooting a piece on Dracula's Castle in Brasov, Romania next week. I haven't even obtained insurance for my local stuff yet, and now there's foreign travel added on.

Anyone here travel outside of the states with their HVX a lot and deal with insuring it abroad? I doubt I will be doing this a lot so is it abnormal to just get temp travel insurance for one trip or is it best to get a local policy that includes worldwide coverage?

Thanks in advance for any advice. I've been so busy dealing with passports and the project specs that this almost slipped through the cracks.
