FS7: Shooting in low light but staying in CineEI? Recommendations?

Hi everyone!
So I want to shoot in low light but stay in CineEI mode. Slog3 will be no good as it won't be fully filled up (wasted data). I will be deliberately underexposing as I need deep depth of field on those shots. What LUT's would you recommend to burn in to get maximum data in the shadows to play with in post?
Thanks!!

first of all there is no NR (internal noise reduction) in CineEI mode on the FS7, I would consider shooting this in higher ISO in Custom mode. It will probably look better.

But that is not what you asked,

In CineEI mode try to overexpose your low light shot although that might be hard depending on how much light you actually have. Taking this into post might be better than trying to burn in a LUT but for monitoring and later burning I would suggest you use a -1 exposure LUT so that your s/n gets improved by 6db for cleaner shadows.

You can use LUTCalc to create this or search online for some that were already created by Ben or Alister.

I'd burn a REC709 LUT with a nice roll off. I probably wouldn't look much past the REC709 800% with LC709A Gamut.

I appreciate I might be stating the obvious, but none of the workarounds will come anywhere close in terms of image quality to just adding light somehow. If you can't add lights then add bounce to lift the ambient a touch.

you should try Slog3 Custom - you may take a hit in the colours with a huge gain in the ability to use high ISO and NR

IMO you can use 8000ISO, NR mid.
