shooting in 60i

Hello,

I want to shoot in 60i so I can later slow it down in a 24p timeline, but I can not figure out how to set my DVX100b to shoot 60i.

Can someone give me a step by step on how to set my camera to shoot 60i?

Thanks!

When you go to your scene file menue, all the way down ul see the place where u turn the progressive on n off..When you put 24p off then interlaced comes on..Its the default.Im not sure if its 60i or 30i but it must be 60i..On my pal when i put progressive off,the default is 50i

yeah, that's what I assumed, is there anyway to check what your scene is set at, my setting for scene 1 just says scene, when my setting 5 says 24p.

Like Thome said, just go in to your menu - scene files - scroll way down to the progressive setting and choose (or check that you've got) 60i (assuming you have the NTSC camera).
