When shooting in a camera like the AF100, is it "doable" shooting the camera barebones and focus directly on the lens?
I've used the HPX 170 always like this, but I wonder if using still glass it's somehow harder, or there is another sort of problem.
I am planning on getting a follow focus, but without the sholder rig support I assume it must be very uncomfortable to use it handheld, right?
