SHooting data on ext monitor

How can I have some datas, like the datas showed on the flip monitor, on the external monitor plugged via component?

There is a setting on the HVX's menu that governs if the LCD's info is output via component. I don't recall what it is called offhand, but it is there -- I've got mine turned on, as I use the component out for monitoring.
