Shooting an LED backlit monitor...

So I just did a shoot which involved shooting in a room of iMacs. I know from previous experience shooting monitors was always problematic from scanning frequency to color temp changes and whatnot. However this was apparently my first time shooting an LED type monitor with my AF-100. It was horrible, just a blue mess of an image without any way of adjusting it. Screen looked like it was in blue gun mode. We had to haul in older cinema displays to get the shot we needed, those worked great.

Anyone else have these issues?

It's probably not what you need, but if you just want some high quality motion screen capture, snapz pro from ambrosia software produces very high quality movies from your display output.
Runs on the Mac.
