Shooting with DVX100B. What setting's aside from 24fps should I have the camera on? I will be shooting interiors at night have lighting it up professionally with a lighting crew (lights rigged from above, we're shooting in an abandoned basement with gray walls.

I am also using Letus35mm adapater with 2.8 being the slowest lens. The rest are around 1.4 - 1.8 (35mm, 50mm, 85mm).

The camera I am getting is a brand new DVX 100B so what shall my settings be for interiors at night with professional lighting?

I would say bringing down the Master PED down to at least -7. I don't know about the Letus, but I have the SGPro r3, and I always put my detail level to -3 to make the picture look a little softer and film like, I guess.

How about things such as the shutter speed for interiors that are being lit professionally? Shutter off? 1.48?

Also, shoot in setting 6? (24fps advanced) or 5 (24fps)?

Professional lighting or not, the standard film shutter angle is 180 degrees, which is 1/48 for 24fps shooting. That's the standard look. Anything else is an artistic choice.

Depends. Are you going to edit in a 24p timeline? Then shoot 24pA.

i have the letus and dvx100b. just light everything right so that you can see perfectly with the letus. 1/48 and 24pa is the way to go. the letus eat a lot of light so bring all your light. when you're ready you'll how much fun you will have
