I remember since i was a little kid i loved music videos and generally video. Used to record everytime. Photography is cool, but video -just love it.
I never did anything pro, didn't use Adobe or final cut for post production, just for fun.
So, a few weeks ago i bought my first pro camera GH4, honestly I'm in love with it. The video quality it's so good (compared to my iPhone
). Anyway i got a friend and he is rapper.
He asked me if i could shoot a music video for him and i said yes.
Then i started to read on Internet that it's not so easy this kind of "job".
I have a couple questions, if anyone knows some answers, please don't hesitate.
1) i want to shoot in full hd, or should I go for 4k?
2) I'm thinking to shoot in 60 fps, or?
3) I'm going to use a video monopod to stabilize the video. Or there are better accessories?
4) like i said i never did anything pro, so i thought to shoot short clips 30 sec -1 minute video, and later edit them. It's this how it's done?
5) about video and sound sync. While I shoot the song will be on playback. In post production he will give me a recorded song and i will Use it to sync the song with video. What is a easier way to do this?
I got a Macbook Pro , i think should be fine with even 4k.
