Shooting 60p with audio

All winter/spring I shot with the 720/30pn with a frame rate of 60

how do I now shoot 60p with audio, what are the correct settings so that I can then use cinematools to conform it later to 30p?
 
shoot in 720 60. set your scene file to 60fps. make sure your recording audio. then save your clips that you want slo mo with audio in a diffrent project then bring them into cinematools and i think u can batch conform all clips but not sure. i just figured out how to do it yesterday by playing around with it but only chose one clip. theres a tutorial out there somewhere about this i think its on creative cow good luck.
