shooting 24p under 50hz and 60hz fluorescents

Folks,
I'm planning to do a shoot at 24p, and my main concern has to do with fluorescent light flicker - how to choose the right shutter speed to void flicker?

I will be shooting in two locations for this project - one in a 50hz country, the other a 60Hz country, and mixing both footage in post.

With my old PD170, I shot in NTSC (29.97) in 50Hz countries by shooting in 1/100, and this worked somewhat, but I am unsure what the approach will be with a DSLR shooting 24P. Anyone got a suggestion how to approach it? I'm no newbie at video, but this is my first try at 24p.
