Shoot NTSC and deliver PAL DVDs?

Hey!...2 questions...

I am looking at shooting a video for a company and would like to use the 200. I need to deliver PAL DVDs but everything will be shot and edited here in the states. At this point I am also assuming that the client will want an HD master tape. So, can anyone guide me through the process of getting this to PAL and PAL DVD? I plan on using the Adobe suite on a PC to edit. What framerates would work best for a PAL final?

Has anyone used a jib arm with the HVX? Do you know if there is one available with focus and zoom controls?

OK...maybe that was more than a couple of questions.

I appreciate any help that heads my way!

Thanks,
Curtis

Shoot 24p. Then speed it up to 25p - I use Cinema Tools on the mac to do that, part of FCP, and it just makes each frame go quicker - it doesn't drop or dupe frames. Then you've got your PAL!
