So I am starting to use the Shogun. Great tool.
But it needs a hood badly.
So the first thing I did was make one...
I use my laser cutter to make the plastic parts and then my Velcro fabric I make the Odyssey Hoods from.
This very simple design worked on the first beta version.

Tomorrow I will take formal photos of these and of some new parts for the FS7 and post videos explaining how they work. These are exiting times with the new Cams and recorders, my O7Q+ will be here next week as well. It really is X-mas.
Here are some quick photos of the Shogun hood. It has hard plastic parts and a soft fabric past you can push your face into. These are Quick and dirty photos. But you can see the concept, a rigid top and bottom and then a velcro loop fabric that you can shape around the opening and it is soft, posh your face into it. The plastic top and bottom mount in seconds and store in the Shogun box.
These will cost $45.00 and can be ordered and shipped this week.
