I don't even want to know what would have happened if I had not been in my office exactly when that battery exploded - everything happens for a reason! I am not going to be charging my batteries in my office anymore - I have so much data sitting on HDDs in that room. Be careful where you charge your batteries!

For anybody in the business I might recommend a service like ADD or Brinks. I had them install motion sensors through the office as well as fire detectors. Not only do you get a reduction in premium for insurance you have a piece of mind that somebody will respond, even if you are not in the office.
