FS7: Sharpness at resolutions/crops/frame rates..

OK this is pretty rough - people will moan about the imperfect reframe and the choice of 50 1.4/Booster.

NIkkor 50mm and booster camera moved closer to 'match' composition, constant F4, ND engaged for 25p shots.
It looks to me roughly that to deliver in HD the quality is thus in descending order
Full 4k 25p
Full 1080 25p
Crop 1080 is the same at 25p or 100p
Worst is Non cropped 100p

Thus if your project is HD and includes HFR then one has two choices..
Shoot full frame and your HFR is significantly worst than your onspeed
Shoot Crop and your HFR will perfectly match for the project but not be as good as full frame
Mix the Crop and non crop for the highest overall quality?

Certainly after doing this 'test' Im not scared of using the crop mode in HFR situations.

Personally I'd rather someone put up with couple of HFR shots that aren't 100% stellar while the bulk of a piece is perfect, than lower the quality of everything.

As an aside, and I'm sure a lot fo people do this, but if I know I'm going to shoot hfr of a same setup I am also shooting sync I'll try to set the sync exposure with the nd on and be able to keep everything the same except the nd off or lowered depending on the new frame rate to get more light in without affecting anything else.
