Hello everyone,
I have a question I want to put out to everyone-- what are the various ways one can achieve shallow dof with the HVX, without an adapter. I don't know if this topic has been covered before, but if it has, I haven't seen it.
I know one way is by zooming in. Using this method, can you control the shallowness of the dof? In other words, if I zoom in less, can I get less shallow dof?
I think I heard that you can affect dof by opening the iris? Is this correct?
Are there any other methods?
I ask this because I can't afford to get an adapter anytime soon, and I'll be shooting without one for a while--until I pay off the camera and some other accesories. I'll get an adapter when I can afford one, somewhere down the line.
Thanks.
