So in another thread there is a link to a 30p > 24p shake tutorial (http://lightplusmotion.blogspot.com/2009/06/picture-perfect-30p-to-24p-conversion.html).
I got shake specifically for converting my 30p footage to 24p. I will most likely not use it for any other reason, at least in the near future. So while these instructions in the shake 30p > 24p tutorial are helpful:
1. Open Shake and import your 30p native file.
2. Set your input frame rate to 30.00
3. Set your output frame rate to 24.00
4. Go to Timing and select under the ReTiming menu:
Does anyone one have a link to an even more specific one? IE import your 30p native file by going to menu item 1 > menu item 2 > ..., Set your input frame rate by step 1 > step 2 > ...
I know there is somewhat of a steep learning curve for shake, and I'm not gonna lie. I'm looking for this one thing to be spelled out for me.
Thanks in advance.
