Shake project - Red Cap Media logo

Interesting textures on the objects, was the logo done in After Effects? I think it's cool, but maybe a little blurry/fuzzy around the edges, even if it's the look you're going for...

Let us know when there is a final.
 
Looks cool. The fuzzys are awesome. Maybe instead of them jus meeting up like that...you should make them start to spin rappidly..then out of control then a flash can occur and then your logo pops up then text underneath it. Just a suggestion. Good job.
 
the effect is interesting in some ways, but it could be improved. for a logo animation, it takes a while for the thing to get "settled." it's like the "R" is chasing the "C" all over the screen. logo animations these days are usually pretty quick and flashy, and the ones that are longer have more stuff going on (like Pixar with the lamp squashing the "I"). another thing is the fuzziness and such makes it a little hard to read the logo. so my suggestion is sort of like blckhawk542's. if you are going to use that fuzzy effect or anything that distorts the logo much, do some kind of movement with the letters while they are going into the right formation, and then have a flash and afterwards a version of the logo with sharper edges appear with "red cap media" underneath. a few ideas and opinions, nothing serious. peace.
 
Like Ronald mentioned, the pieces chase eachother around... I'd get those settled quickly on screen, and then fade from the fuzzed logo to your solid logo... and bring in your 'Red Cap Media' text.
