Shake in Vidoes - 102b

Hi,

I have captured a wedding video last weak with my panasonic 102b, when i saw the caputred frame in computer monitor and in TV, i can see jerks while paning the camera. is there and possiblities to remove those jerks in adobe premier or in any other video editing softwares. Please help it's urgent.
 
What was your frame rate and shutterspeed?

Using a frame rate of 24pA and a shutter of anything over 1/60, can cause jitter while having movement, or panning in a shot.
 
Actually im a newbie and i just shooted with that camera, now i need remedy to slove this while editing, please help me
 
Turn OIS (optical image stabilisation) off when using a tripod. I cant think of much that can solve this in editing without introducing other problems.
 
PP2 has SteadyMove I think it's called, a free plugin that helps remove some shake. It is just a freebie though, and is limited.
