Actually, I find these polls very useful as they often bring up issues with these adaptors that end up getting fixed if the adaptor maker wants to remain competitive.
Some adaptors are better than others in very measurable ways: light loss, edge to edge sharpness, sharpness, build quality, reliability, customer service, etc.
If no one said which one is better, people wouldn't be barking the pros and cons of each.
Having owned both, I've objectively as I could accounted for their pros/cons and then weighed them against my own needs and risks (reliability).
Reliability is an area that many folks here haven't reported on. I've been burned a few times on various adaptors just going on strike for no apparent reason. If you don't have a back up then at least have a network of people who you can get a back up from on short notice if yours should go down. I've called Timur in a pinch on two occasions and Silverwolf saved my ass the day before a job.
I now only have an Ultimate and I need to create that back up network as I can't afford a spare. Personally, I think the adaptor makers should have a loaner policy when yours is in for repair and still under warranty. That would up the ante for reliability.
