Hi guys,

The standard accessory port connectors for the SGfollow focus finally arrived this morning. These will allow you attach standard follow focus whips and speed cranks.

All new FF orders are being shipped with a standard port anyway, this particular port is intended for earlier FF users. The price will be £25 and available on our order page either tonight or tomorrow.

Below are some pics:

YES!! I was waiting for this before I make any orders but.....
is there anything else I should wait for, if there is something comming up next?

like how is the SG Blad going Wayne? any news for the rizer solution? or any shoulder mounts system comeing up next???

Hi Wayne,

Have you got any photos of the adapter retrofitted to an older follow focus? The thinner part on the adapter wont sit down inside the knob on the older one so it would look pretty strange sticking out the side of the knob... might not though...

The Blade is currently in development, we are very excited about this project although there's no release date right now. Shoulder mounts are also in development.

We are debating whether to produce a 'z' style rasier due to possible stability issues, however we are adding our new 'raiser kit' for our rods support and the flip module allowing a much more pleasing configuration. This will be added to the website tomorrow.

The adapter for earlier FF units (first picture) only protrudes out 7mm further than our current FF units (second picture) so there's hardly any difference.

Wayne,

do you have user reviews/impressions of the SG Pro FF vs the Redrock FF ?

Anyone has any experience or used both FF ??

There are various reviews around DVXuser and the shoot35 forum.

These have now been added to the order page www.shoot35.com

You may need to clear your browsers cache in order to see it.
