SF DVX User Group Meeting Dec 19

Next meeting will be December 19th, 7-10pm at BAVC. (www.bavc.org).

last meeting we had the anamorphic adapter and did comparisons of anamorphic adapter, vs. digital squeeze. Also did the digital squeeze WITH the anamorphic adapter - for a cool cinematic widescreen look. It was gorgeous.

What we'll be doing this time around is to set up a lights and talk about the theory of lighting for film/video.

I work for BAVC as a technician and an instructor. Freelance in filmmaking/video too.

so yeah, I'm not there.

I went to do some xmas shopping and noticed I felt horrible. It became obvious that there was no way I could make the 2 hour trek to SF with 2 hours back.

lol i really DO wanna come! I doubt i can make the next one. I'll be out of town until Jan 19. When is the Jan meeting suppossed to be?
