OK, since I hate to take over another thread, here goes a riddle. There isnt a real prize, except the thought of being really smart, cause they are tough riddles.

The first:

Chanting replied emails
Asking for small amounts
A firework show echo

Basically, each line means something, that will eventually, when each is taken into consideration, will be an answer.

HINT: It is a group of people.

Clearly no one knows. I feel like I have bested you all. Ah-ha-ha.

Though no one cares, another hint: It is related to an old song that discusses integrity.

I think I know it:

You're trying to be Alexa?

yeah... or annoying... whats with this randomness man? (said in sincere care and concern mind you) :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

I apologize for the randomness yesterday- I explained somewhere why I was so annoying. I feel bad, because even I was getting annoyed with my posts.

And Im not trying to be Alexa, Horse Films, I just made a riddle in her post, and milked it, and got no result. For those who looked, the answer was Stephen Harper. But that was a little too hard for some, I guess.

This riddle, though, is extremely easy once you get past the three lines. I asked a friend, and after a day, she called at 8ish, giving me the answer. (Shes also one of the smartest girls in the county.) But this riddle shouldnt double take anyone.

Three more hints:

1. The first and third lines are onomatopeoeias.

2. The song, (the answer being an element of the song), is one of the most commonly known songs.

3. The song was released in 1967.

Yet you persist?
Yes, sadly. I failed at that, though I cant see why no one knows this riddle. I feel awful for my annoying streak yesterday, which, truth be told, may have been cause by taking two excedrin and accidentally swallowing a large swig or alcohol and peroxide. I was in a daze all day yesterday (no lie, seriously) and have a headache this morning.

Im past my awful random post murder streak, and now have slowed down to type meaningful posts. Forgive me, (eh-heh). But now, I see no problem in having folks solve this riddle.

It also depressed me when I saw no one knew who Stephen Harper was. It made me feel like no one really cared about the world anymore.

You seem to have a lot to say...

I do. And I get the feeling that is a trick question, somehow.
Why not take a crack at the riddle yourself, Terry_Lasater. Your among the smart group here (Im guessing), so you should be able to figure it out. Think about it good and hard- its a "nuh-uh!" answer. I get the feeling everone who looked at it and tried to solve will say aloud to themselves "What!?!". And you can take that to the bank.

... or rather nothing to say, but many words to say it. :furious3:

I belive PTO has more posts in the cafe in the past 24hours than everyone else combined.

Woohoo. Ive managed to piss everyone off. I guess I have a tendency to do that on every forum I go to. Now to recoup respect from everyone, I will type a 10-page thread on making good smoke/fog effects that can be done for low cost. No lie.

Then make another of equal length, but make it about cost-effective tools for video-making begginers. And there will be much rejoicing.

Then, I will come back, and say, "See, I wasnt as useless as you thought." And there will much rejoicing.

This isnt a farewell post, moreso than a OK. Ive pissed off the public, which is true. And I post too much. I should stop, under the circumstances. But when no one knows who Stephen Harper is, I get mad and ask an easier question to which most people should know. And that is the riddle.

I, however, dont plan on stopping occasional posts. All today Ive made well thought out posts today.

Well, I dont know...Brice sure has a tough ppd(posts per day) quota to beat...

Anyway, My guess is just that its got something to do with phishing...I kinda fail to see how the first two lines are onomeotopias, but they certainly scream phishing to me. I just can't connect the last line...and i don't know many songs specifically from 1967.

MalcolmOng, the first and third are onomatopoeias. And I dont know how the riddle relates to trying to steal personal info (thats what phishing is, right?).

Ill give you the initals AF. Thats my hint in this post.

And to Rich, I could die for you, but that would put me at a terrible disadvantage.

And if anyone disagrees with my constant posting, ive said it already. Im slowing down.
