HPX250: Settings - question from a newbie

Hi,

I am going to shoot a documentary for a European broadcaster. The story is going to be colour-corrected. However I am unsure about the settings, it's been 12 years since I held a camera. The advice from Barry Green was very helpful, but should I use 24 frames (PAL) or is this irrelevant nowadays? Codec AVC-Intra 100?

Best regards, Henrik in Sweden

Thanks Bruce,

Can you have a quick look at the following so I got it correct.

Detail level -2, detail coring +5, Chroma level -2, Master Ped +3, DRS Effect 3, Gamma HD Norm, Knee Mid.

Rec format AVC-I 100/25pn. Question: many Europeans seems to have the setup 1080-50i. What's the advantage of working in 25pn vs. 50i?

Detail level -2, detail coring +5, Chroma level -2, Master Ped +3, DRS Effect 3, Gamma HD Norm, Knee Mid. Matrix Norm1 Skin Tone off, V Detail Thin.

I use 25p for web and film look with 180 degree shutter unless director says otherwise.
