Settings help

Hey guys
Need a bit of help
I am shooting a spot for paypal/ebay against a white cyc with the hvx the final delivery will be 4x3 flash encoded a small size maybe 320 x 240 or something like that. I want a sharp clean look it will be soft studio lighting. What settings would you recommend and what format would you shoot in? I am used to using the dvx for greenscreen work so i need help with the settings i was thinking cinelike v but not sure about detail settings etc.

Have you thought about shooting your spot in DVCpro 50 to take advantage of the compression ratio?

What exactly do you mean what is the data rate of dvcpro50
Also will it be sharper shooting hd and then downconverting or will it be better shooting dvcpro50 downconvert to web size.
