Settings for time lapse 1/2 sec shutter hack

I used the SD card to edit the frame rate (set to 1) The edit transfered just fine. Can anyone give me the complete camera setting for this hack. What needs to be set in the record screen & in the scene file

Current settings:

Scene file
Operation- Fim Cam
Frame rate- 2 frame
Syncro- 350

Recording setting
720p/60p (this gives me on & off effect)
720P/24pn (this gives me fast motion but no blur)

I walked around room to test

You have to use the shutter and speed sel buttons to make sure you've selected 350.0d.
