i've recently done some shooting of speedbikes going at about 180km/h in large curves...

i was shooting in strandard 30i non-progressive no shutter...

it looks nice in FCP but when it's played on a TV it looks like if i was shooting in 10i with some strange delay between each images...

where is the problem???

what should be the correct settings for shooting high speed pass??

Hey
I'm no expert here but have you tried connecting your DVx to the Tv to view. Does it look Ok ,.If it looks good in FCP then I would suspect there was an issue when you burned .
I have filmed motorcycles with 30 p , as long as you focus on the bikes you should be OK .
The best I have found is to shoot in 60i . Wether it's flat track , road racing , motocross or even when it gets slow as in trials . As for settings , they're factory .
Maybe the experts on FCP can help you on that side of your question .

Looks like he was shooting 60i.

I think its got to be something wrong with the Tv?
