You can mix them in PP1.5, but the 24p will come out jerky. Shoot 30p if you need to mix with 60i in PP1.5.

Suprateam - I shoot 30p all the time and like the look. But under fluorescent lights, I would suggest using Fluo matrix because it boosts the reds a little. So maybe shoot in F2, but use 30p. I think it looks a little better than shooting in F6 with 30p under those conditions.
 
Everyone says that 24P has better color than interlaced, but can't you fix that by adjusting the scene settings (i.e. from normal to cine-like-V, etc.)? I'll be doing a wedding July, and plan to shoot interlaced because I'll have more flexiblity in post to slow up shots & still have a silky smooth look, vs. progressive which I need to pre-plan a whole lot more with ... tough to do in a live event.

I have shooted my weedings in 25P (PAL) for me is the best option. The image looks great. I don´t want more weeding videos in interlaced, it looks like... weeding videos!
The only promblem that I know when I woork in progressive is the slow camera when I edit in post. 25 P is not the best way for get a smooth slow camera... but the rest looks great.
